Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with unforgettable travel experiences through our international and domestic tours, customized holiday tour packages, and personalized holiday packages. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to offer the best support and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

  • It is mandatory to contact Holiday To Cheers for all refunds however refunds would be done as per the our refund policy.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.
  • Holiday To Cheers will be able to initiate customer’s refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the Vendors.
  • Refund would take upto 45 working days to get credited in customer’s bank account.
  • No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 60 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
  • All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Any Time cancellation after booking 6000 INR per person for Hotel/Resort/Land package Booking as assistance and consultancy fee plus below cancellation charges
  • Airline / Train Cancellation as per their Policy (Service Chg is Non-Refundable)
  • Cancellations before 40Days prior to the date of arrival 10K Per Person/Child will be charged forHotel/Resort/Land package.
  • Cancellations before 30 Days prior to the date of arrival 50 % of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • Cancellations before 16 days prior to the date of arrival 80% of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the date of arrival 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • All No-Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total invoice amount on the basis booked

2. Cancellation by Holiday To Cheers

In the rare event that we have to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We may also offer alternative arrangements, which you are free to accept or decline.


3. Customized and Personalized Packages

For customized and personalized holiday packages, the refund policy will be communicated to you during the booking process, as these packages often involve non-refundable services from third parties. Please ensure you review these terms carefully before confirming your booking.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our 24/7 support team at info@holidaytocheers.com. Provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 45 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, and specific activities, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.


6. Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing travel dates or modifying the itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may incur additional charges, and refunds for any reductions in services will be handled according to the cancellation policy.
